War Commander Baes | Gringo (47)

Hey I just wonder about War Commander base toon and this faction stuff. I have survivors faction CC and base toon all technicals BUT in War Commander bunkers I got shooters and drakons so i wonder if drakons affect the boost units in War Commander base get. I also wonder about the same from the units come out of factories. do they have to be War Commander survivors as well ? Thanx for answers
