Its not just the spectre, it is that if all War Commander attacking units are at level 12, Spectre, Emegas EHF, HS, Widow Maker Plus multiple missiles, there is basically NO defense that can handle ALL of those units. It doesn't matter HOW good a War Commander base is, there is NO War Commander base that can survive that.
