You don't actually have to use all the War Commander defensive uniques. Using all of them should incur a big penalty when destroyed. 10.5 hour repair for my War Commander base, just Screamer defensive unique, standard units and heroes in my base. All of them can be brought back to Life in less than 4.5 hours. 50% War Commander repair reduction is more than enough. Anyone could have a fully defended War Commander base ready to go from flat by the time a 4 hour Warpath bubble expires. Long repairing defensive uniques aren't your only options...
