Q: War Commander Logistics Not Working When Used (Sometimes)

I lost one upgrade logistic and one War Commander repair logistic. I click to use the logistic, it takes it out of my inventory, but it is not taking the time off my upgrade or repairing the toon.

A: I had this several times during Holdout
