War Commander | How Do I Get a Fusion Tower?

Q: How do i get a War Commander fusion tower? what does it do?

R: once you get a War Commander power plant above level 5 (which I think the starter upgrade does automatically) you can evolve it into a fusion tower or War Commander deep reactor,

R: fusion reactor produces more War Commander power but will always explode when it is destroyed rather than just on overcharge.

R: just i case your curious this is the deep reactor aswell, produces less power than a fusion reactor but only explodes when you set it to overcharge is easier to hide and takes less damage from War Commander air.
