War Commander Fluxional Intelligence was a company that years ago designed an Artificial Intelligence with capabilities that far exceed any technology currently known to man.

This A.I. is most likely War Commander R.U.B.I.

This A.I. seems to be responsible for a major, War Commander Bases changing event.

The Mortal Force, an early Rogue War Commander Faction, twice attacked Commanders in what appears to have been attempts to obtain an Artificial Intelligence. Both attempts were failures.
