The Banshee received the ability to be upgraded to War Commander Level 20 in the Game Update of Sep 18, 2015.

The War Commander Banshee received a Special Op in the Game Update of Jan 28, 2015 .

The Banshee was introduced via the Event Shop during Operation: Cerberus.

The War Commander Banshee is able to Target and Fire upon other Aircraft.

The Elite Banshee replaced the Banshee in the same Update that Retired it.

Any Players that had the Banshee unlocked had them upgraded to the Elite Banshee.

The Banshee was replaced in the War Commander Special Op : Rare Air with the Elite Banshee when it was Retired.

The Banshee is slightly smaller in size than the Elite Banshee.

The War Commander Banshee is the "VTOL Assault Aircraft" as mentioned on the unlock post.
